I received a quote for a campervan which ended up being 3 times more expensive than advertised online. We ended up booking directly with the rental company, which turned out to be cheaper. Service of the staff was ok, but the whole experience was very confusing.read more

Very limited vehicle choices and the staff are not serviced orientated at all. After requesting more vehicle options the staff got very rude and impatient. I was dealing with Kerryn and she mentioned that “they only get paid when they do sales and if I finally want to book something or keep wasting her time”. Prices are not competitive and much higher than advertised, so we decided to go with a different agency. All in all it was a very negative experience as I felt constantly pressured. Still waiting for an apology of the manager who wanted to get back to me. I will never use camper rental shop again.read more

Really bad customer service. After requesting a couple of quotes, we got told by the staff Sarah that we wasted all her time on her day off. Prices on the website are really misleading and are much higher than advertised. After asking "is that the best offer you have" --- we been told "send us your offers and we can give you better deals". We did not feel comfortable as we had quotes from other websites, which been much cheaper and had more options to chose from. We felt that we had to do the work for them. Thanks for nothing and wasting my time DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!read more

I Rented a Toyota Hiace Camper Van for a month in Australia. Gaz was extremely helpful and got me a great Camper Van for an excellent price. Recommend!! I've rented my campervan through these guys for my last road trips, two out of Sydney and one out Brisbane. Haven't had any problems at all!
